Emma is a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist with over 6 years of clincal experience, with a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition.

Having studied nutrition at a university level, I just assumed I would know exactly how to lose weight and never struggle to lose weight ever again... If only it had been that easy!

I understand that weight loss and reaching your health goals is more than just giving you the nutrition information to follow.

The key to lasting change is to change the way you do things, updating thoughts, habits and beliefs on a subconscious level so your conscious mind AND your subconscious mind work together to reach your goals.

We all know those people who have a great relationship with food, they can eat what they want, when they want, eat when they are hungry, stop when they are full and maintain their weight- this could (and you deserve it to be) you!
